Moore Google

Google's free online calendar would be very useful across the 3 branches to track all the important dates, meetings, events, activities which could email or sms reminders to the supervisors to promote to the staff.

Test Drive #1 part B - Online applications and tools

This is amazing that all this software is free on the web. Google Docs is going to be very useful in the workplace for updating procedure manuals instead of emailing all different versions back and forth and waiting for each person to do their updating it can all be done at once.

Web conferencing would be very useful when meetings need to be held between branches therefore reducing travel time.

Myplick will be very in helping the clients/students who need to email large presentations.

Folksonomies & Tagging

I think it would be a wonderful idea to have a shared bookmark site, as we email each other a lot of useful sites to show clients but these sites are not accessible from our web page. An example would be there is a lot of sites teaching people have to use various IT programs/software which are self based programs.

LibraryThing

I think LibraryThing would be very useful to have for online bookclubs. As you can talk in the group forum, search all group members' libraries at once.
With Talk, the forum system, you can see the conversations happening in your groups. You can also find just the topics that mention your books.
